Sports apparently a lot of benefits for the our body. Globaly it can facilitate the body’s metabolism, affect the performance of the brain and so forth.
by Daniel Landers, professor of physical education from Arizona State University have found other benefits of exercise for the human brain.
We can categorize the benefits of exercise are:
1. Improving the ability of the human brain
Regular physical exercise can improve concentration, creativity, and mental health. because exercise can increase blood flow and oxygen intake into our brains
2. Slow the aging process
3. Reduce Stress
4. Boost the immune system
5. Adding confidence
So, start exercising and cut out habits that can harm our health such as:
1. Smoke
2. Consumption of foods that are not balanced
3. Irregular sleep patterns
